When Ralph Amato served on the Borough Council he worked hand-in-hand with Mayor LaBarbiera to reduce property taxes while protecting essential services. It didn’t matter that they were in different political parties – Ralph saw that the Paramus First team was doing the right thing, and he’s running for Council now for the same reason.
Ralph is deeply involved in our community, devoting his time to serving as a Eucharistic Minister at local elder care facilities for his parish, the Church of the Annunciation. Ralph and his wife Ginny have lived in Paramus for over 30 years and they have two adult children and one granddaughter. After over thirty years as a public school teacher, he started a successful Real Estate firm that he operates today. Ralph Amato has the experience and compassion to represent us proudly on the Borough Council.
